Relationship and Embodied Intimacy Coaching

Feel desire again, and feel close to the people you love

If desire has faded, sex has turned into a source of stress, or you and your partner keep getting stuck in the same place, you don’t have to keep guessing at what’s wrong. I coach women, men, and couples to understand what’s getting in the way and to build the kind of intimacy they want now.

What coaching can help you with

Everyone comes in with something different. These are some of the changes my clients come to me wanting:

Feeling desire again, or at least understanding why it went missing
Talking about sex without it turning into a fight or a shutdown
Staying relaxed and present during sex instead of stuck in your head
Knowing what you want, and feeling comfortable asking for it
Saying no without guilt, and saying yes only when you mean it
Feeling like partners and lovers again instead of roommates

Who I work with

I work with individuals and couples, and I welcome people of every gender, orientation, and relationship structure.

Women

Maybe you love your partner and still don’t feel much when they reach for you. Maybe you’ve spent so many years taking care of everyone else that you’re not sure what you want anymore. Coaching can help you feel at home in your body and let yourself want things again.

Men

A lot of men grew up learning to perform and provide and to keep their feelings to themselves. If sex has started to feel like a test you could fail, or you’re not sure how to get close to someone, coaching can help you relax, get out of your head, and feel more comfortable being seen.

Couples

You care about each other, but lately you feel more like roommates, or you keep having the same argument about sex. We’ll look at what each of you wants and find a way of being intimate that works for both of you.

The Bold Intimacy Method™

How we work together

I guide my clients with the Bold Intimacy Method™, which I created. BOLD stands for Body, Openness, Loving Presence, and Desire, four abilities that deep intimacy relies on. You don’t master them once and move on. They keep growing over a lifetime, and we work with whichever ones you need most right now.

B

Body

What am I experiencing?

Feeling at home in your body and trusting what it tells you, including pleasure, emotion, and your own yes and no.

O

Openness

Can I let myself know and be known?

Being honest with yourself, letting your partner see what’s true for you, and hearing them even when it’s hard to hear.

L

Loving Presence

Can I meet what’s here with love?

Treating yourself and others with care and respect without giving yourself up, including being able to say no kindly.

D

Desire

What do I want, and what do I want to create?

Knowing what you want, letting yourself want it, asking for it, and going after the intimacy and the life you’d love to have.

Most of the intimacy struggles I see come back to one or more of these four. When we work on them, people usually find it easier to feel close.

Private coaching for individuals and couples

We meet online by Zoom, so you can work with me from wherever you live. We start with what’s going on for you now and move at a pace that feels manageable. Along with the Bold Intimacy Method™, I draw on somatic practice, consent education, breathwork, and hypnotic coaching.

I offer coaching packages for individuals and for couples. Everyone starts with a free Desire Discovery Call so we can both decide whether working together is a good fit.

I’m also developing a year-long Bold Intimacy™ group program, with women’s, men’s, and couples’ tracks. If you’d like to hear when it opens, mention it on your call.

Dr. Robyn Bragg, PharmD, Somatic Sexologist

Hi, I’m Dr. Robyn Bragg

I’m a pharmacist, a somatic sexologist, and a relationship and embodied intimacy coach. Because I’m a pharmacist, I can help you sort out how medications, hormones, and health conditions may be affecting your desire. In my experience they’re usually only part of the picture. Stress, old messages about sex, and habits that build up over years together often matter just as much.

I created the Bold Intimacy Method™ from my work with clients and more than twenty years of tantra and embodiment practice. You can tell me anything. I’ve heard most of it before, and you won’t be judged.

Questions you might have

Is this therapy or medical advice?

No. I’m a licensed pharmacist, but coaching isn’t diagnosis or treatment, and it doesn’t replace your doctor or therapist. If something you’re dealing with needs another professional, I’ll tell you, and I’m happy to work alongside them.

Do you work with LGBTQ+ and non-monogamous clients?

Yes. I work with people of all genders and orientations, and with monogamous, open, and polyamorous relationships.

Can I come on my own if my partner isn’t interested?

Yes. Many people start on their own, and the changes you make in yourself often carry over into your relationship.

Is it private?

Yes. I treat what you share with care and discretion, and we’ll talk through confidentiality and its limits before we begin.

Ready to talk?

A Desire Discovery Call is free and private. We’ll talk about what’s going on, what you’d like to be different, and whether working together makes sense for you.
